Speaking exclusively in Los Angeles - where she's attending Elton John's AIDS Foundation Oscars party - the furious 31-year-old said: "Peter is dragging me through the courts at every opportunity. He wants me to lose money and make me unhappy. It's sad Pete's having to do that, it's like he wants me to lose everything I've worked so hard for.
"I don't want him to be unhappy but people need to realise he's not what the public think he is. I want him to move on like I have, but he won't.
"He just wants to make my life a misery, make me out as the baddie.
"It's gone far enough. I know I'm outspoken and seem tough but nobody deserves what I've been through. I'm not a bad person."
The ex-glamour girl also revealed she's going to tell all about Pete in another shocking autobiography.
She said: "You just wait. It's time the truth came out on me and Pete. I'm not going to hold anything back. I'd be very scared if I was him."
